据税务机构指控，Publicon Sport所开具的总额高达40690239兹罗提的发票并非基于实际业务交易，而波兰足球协会却在增值税申报中利用这些非法发票进行进项税额抵扣，导致国家增值税收入遭受损失。这一行为涉嫌违反《税务刑法典》第56条第一款中关于税务欺诈的规定，责任人可能面临最高罚款、监禁，或同时受到两项处罚。

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, specializing in the procurement of sponsors for the organization. This venture is under the direction of businessman Radosław Tadejewski, whose company manages the operations. In February 2023, a brokerage agreement was established, stipulating that the company is entitled to a monthly payment of 150,000 zlotys as a guaranteed fee. Additionally, the company is entitled to a commission of 13% on the sponsorship proceeds and 25% on the licensing revenue, ensuring an annual income in excess of 4.4 million zlotys.

In August 2026, the Warsaw Okręgowa Prokuratura (Regional Prosecutor's Office) initiated an investigation into the improper conduct that led to at least 4 million zloty in financial losses for the Polish Football Association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the Polish Football Association's headquarters, seizing documents related to the collaboration and mobile phones of the association's management. Subsequently, the case was handed over to the anti-corruption task force in Szczecin. Currently, the investigation into tax fraud is merging with the same case, with a single investigation thread now encompassing both wasteful spending and tax-related criminal activities.
